Nozzle orientation: Equipment vessel trims are the accessories which are connected to vessel or future connection, Weather vessel is horizontal or vertical. In piping we are considering pressure gauge, temperature gauge, potential difference transmitter, Lever gauge, Level bridal, Rota meter, Future connections with valve and blind flange. All these things are removal from the vessel. These are bolted with vessel nozzle and flange of the any instrument.
All these instruments should be accessible means it’s should be visible for operators and can be operate by operator at reasonable elevation. If the vessel is big and these instruments are mounted on the top of the vessel then there access platform should be provided for operation. Designer have to orientate the nozzle as per space required for operation near by the vessel.
